If for any reason our engineers bring your PC Equipment back to our base for testing & repair, we would contact you once the diagnostics have been done to inform you of the Cost of Repair, before carrying out any work. In the case of older PC equipment, We will also give you an honest and accurate opinion as to whether we believe the equipment to worth the cost of the repair, or to discuss what we believe would enhance the performance of the equipment.
